Pastor Connor began his tenure as Senior Pastor of Versailles Baptist Church in November of 2022. He has a PhD and ThM from Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, and a Master of Divinity from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Connor and his wife, Erin, have two sons, Henry and Hudson. He enjoys hiking, running, reading, and making a good cup of coffee. 

Kevin began his ministry at Versailles Baptist in January 2014. He leads our ministry to students and their families. He's passionate about equipping students with a comprehensive understanding of the gospel and getting the gospel out into the world. He's frequently asked to address issues related to culture and prepare students to navigate it. Kevin has a Bachelors from Western KY University and a Master of Divinity from The Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, KY. Kevin and his wife Dana have been married for thirty years and have two grown children, Reagan & Ryan, and a high schooler Morgan (Mo). 

Kendra joined the VBC staff in December 2018 as a Ministry Assistant and transitioned into the role of Children’s Minister in May 2025. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Early Childhood, Elementary, and Bible, as well as a Master’s in Christian Ministry. Kendra is married to Jacob Lopez. In her free time, she enjoys spending time in the kitchen baking, playing games with friends and family, and cheering on her favorite college football team. 

Carrie Cabell is the Congregational Care Minister at Versailles Baptist Church in Versailles, KY, where she directs the senior adult ministry and provides counseling needs within the church body. She has previously worked in foster care, family preservation, and taught 8 years at Woodford Christian School. She has a BA from University of the Cumberlands in Psychology and an MA in Christian Counseling from Southern Baptist Theological. Carrie is married to her husband, Michael, and they have 3 active teenagers: Jackson, Kennedy, and Madison. She loves to read, travel, and cheer for her Tennessee Volunteers.

Emilio began his ministry with Versailles Baptist in 2010. He and his wife, Nirma, are missionaries from Chile who came to the US to minister to the Spanish speaking population. In addition to Versailles Baptist, they minister with churches in Nicholasville.

Emilio and Nirma direct a weekly worship service in Spanish and an adult Bible study. They also help provide leadership to our Hispanic Homework Club.

Diane joined the staff in 2015. She provides financial and accounting support as well as support for the Senior Pastor. Diane is very grateful to get to work with such an incredible team and to serve the church. She has a BBA from EKU in Marketing and Business Administration and brings 15 years of nonprofit experience to her service here. When not at work, you can find her in a garden or a bookstore.

Emily began working at Versailles Baptist Church in October of 2023. She provides technical and administrative support in addition to providing support for the Associate Pastor, Student Minister and Worship Minister. She has a Bachelor of Science in Human Resource Management from Liberty University and 5 years of experience working as HR management in a corporate setting.

Brenda has been with VBC since 2017. She moved to Woodford County with her daughter and has been a part of the church family here ever since. She is honored to help in the office and anywhere needed to glorify God in the many ministries at VBC.

Tiffany joined the VBC team in June 2025 as a part-time Children’s Ministry Associate. With 17 years of experience in Christian education, she brings a deep love for nurturing young hearts and minds. Tiffany primarily serves in the preschool department and helps lead Wee Worship. Tiffany loves connecting with children and building relationships with families.

Barry joined staff in April 2026 after a long career in financing services. He and his wife Tonia joined the membership at Versailles Baptist in July 2000 with their two children Paige and Jacob. He has been an active member serving the church as a deacon, several committee's and ministries. His passion is his family, grandchildren, farming, serving the church body and being on mission here in Woodford County or another continent. 

Caitlin began her journey on staff at VBC in December 2025. During the day, you can find her as a School Counselor at Woodford County High School. Caitlin has been a lifelong member of VBC, is married to Dale, and has a 9 year old daughter named Emory. 

Stacy Allen brings over 20 years of experience in nearly every corner of the banking world, having served customers and communities across Lexington, Versailles, and Midway. After two decades in finance, she and her husband made the ultimate detour. They traded in their careers for CDL licenses and spent four unforgettable years driving 18-wheelers coast to coast. These days, Stacy channels her love of travel, strong work ethic, and people-first approach into everything she does. When she's not working, you'll find her exploring new places, hunting down great food, or laughing with family and friends.
